ようやく復旧の目処が立ち、この度4月19日より営業を再開させていただくこととなりました。

しかしながら全ての修繕が完了しておらず、ロビーは4月下旬、洞窟風呂は5月中旬をリニューアル工事完了予定としております。
地震被害を大きく受けた乙姫荘と釣り桟橋につきましては、立地の問題から具体的な復旧の見通しが立っておりません。

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the support and warm words of many of you.
We are pleased to announce that we are finally on track for restoration and will reopen for business on April 19.

However, all repairs have not been completed, and we plan to complete the renovation of the lobby in late April and the cave bath in mid-May.
We have no concrete prospects for the restoration of Otohime-so and the fishing pier, which were severely damaged by the earthquake, due to their location.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.

プロジェクト終了まで残り5日となりました。
本日までに1,332名もの方々にご支援を賜り、心より御礼申し上げます。

近況報告といたしまして、現在当館では営業再開に向けた館内修繕を進めております。
工事業者の方々の多大なるご尽力のおかげで、昨年12月より全面改装を行っていた洞窟風呂においても工事を再開することができました。営業再開後に少しでも早く新たな楽しみをお届けできるよう、引き続き安全第一に準備を進めてまいります。

また先週末の3/23～24には、被災者の方々約200名をご招待し、2回目となる海鮮丼ランチとお風呂の無料開放を行いました。

能登町では、水道の復旧が当初予定されていた日程よりも遅れている地域が多く、未だ自宅で水が使えないご家庭も多いのが現状です。

「地震後初めてお風呂にゆっくり入りました」
「久しぶりに旅行気分で外出できました、ありがとう」

皆様からこういった温かいお言葉をいただき、私共としても感謝の想いでいっぱいです。
湯上り処も大変賑わい、久しぶりにお顔を合わせた方とのひとときを楽しまれておりました。
足をお運びいただきました皆様、ありがとうございました。

Only 5 days remain until the end of the project.
We would like to thank the 1,332 people who have supported us to date.

As a recent update, the museum is currently undergoing repairs in preparation for reopening.
Thanks to the great efforts of the construction workers, we have been able to resume work on the cave baths, which have been undergoing complete renovation since last December. We will continue to make preparations with safety as our first priority so that we can bring you new enjoyment as soon as possible after reopening.

Last weekend, March 23-24, we invited about 200 people affected by the disaster to our second
Seafood lunch and free use of the baths.

In Noto Town, there are many areas where the restoration of water supply has been delayed beyond the original schedule, and many families still do not have access to water at home.

I took a bath for the first time since the earthquake.
Thanks to the efforts of the construction workers, the cave baths, which had been completely renovated since last December, are now back in operation.

We are very grateful for the warm words of support we have received from our guests.
The bathhouse was also very crowded, and people enjoyed a moment with those they had not seen for a long time.
Thank you very much for coming to our booth.

Last but not least, Noto Hyakurasou has restored its phone lines and has resumed accepting inquiries and reservations by phone. We will be shortening our hours, but if you have any questions or requests, please contact us at (＋81-768-74-1115.)

プロジェクトをスタートしてから、早いもので1ヶ月が経過致しました。
日々増え続ける皆様からの温かいご支援に、心から感謝申し上げます。

4月の営業再開に向けて、当館でもようやく修繕工事を開始致しました。
しかしながら、金沢から当館までの道路状況がまだ改善されていないところもあるため、金沢から来られる一部の工事業者の方々には、泊まり込みで客室棟の修繕工事を進めて頂いております。

周辺地域ではインフラの復旧が遅れております。当初3月中には大半の地域で水道が復旧する予定でしたが、予定より遅れ4月中旬以降になる可能性がでてまいりました。
また当館におきましても、いまだ固定電話の復旧目途がたっておりません。

そんな中、NTT様より宿泊施設の提供を要請頂きましたため、当館の寮を当面の間ご提供することと致しました。
一日でも早く能登の電話回線が復旧することを願うばかりです。

先月に実施させて頂きました無料のランチとお風呂のご提供について、
多くの方々から再度の実施を希望するお声を頂いたため、3月23日から24日にかけてもう一度ご提供を行うことに致しました。

さて、先般3月8日には能登町役場におきまして、町長大森様に義援金をお渡しする機会を頂戴致しました。
この義援金は、姉妹館である「金沢湯涌温泉百楽荘」にて1月の半ばから開始した「能登地震復興支援」宿泊プランにて集めさせて頂いたものです。
この宿泊プランには大勢の方々がご賛同くださり、2月末までに計620名様のご予約を賜りました。そのご宿泊代より1名様あたり500円、総額で31万円を能登の復興支援のための義援金として、寄付させて頂きました。
ご宿泊いただき、そしてこの取り組みへのご協力を賜りました皆様に、心から感謝申し上げます。
この取り組みは、今後も継続して参る所存です。

It has already been a month since we started this project.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your warm support, which continues to increase every day.

We have finally started repair work at the hotel in preparation for reopening in April.
However, since the road conditions from Kanazawa to the hotel have not yet improved in some areas, some construction workers from Kanazawa are staying overnight to work on the repair of the guest room building.

In the surrounding areas, restoration of infrastructure has been delayed. Initially, water service was scheduled to be restored in most areas by the end of March, but it is now likely to be delayed until mid-April or later.
The restoration of landline telephone service has not yet been completed at the hotel.

NTT has asked us to provide accommodations, and we have decided to offer our dormitory for the time being.
We only hope that the telephone lines in Noto will be restored as soon as possible.

On March 8, we had the opportunity to present a donation to Mr. Omori, the mayor of Noto Town, at the Noto Town Hall.
This donation was collected through the “Noto Earthquake Reconstruction Assistance” accommodation plan that started in mid-January at our sister hotel, Kanazawa Yuwaku Onsen Hyakuraso.
Many people supported this accommodation plan, and by the end of February, a total of 620 reservations had been made. We donated 500 yen per person, or 310,000 yen in total, from the accommodation fees to support the recovery of Noto.
We would like to thank everyone who stayed at our hotel and cooperated with this initiative.
We will continue this effort in the future.

Finally, the “Hokuriku Ouenwari”, the first phase of Hokuriku’s recovery efforts, will begin on March 16!

営業再開までは修繕工事が進んでいない状況ではありますが、水道が復旧したことでできることが増え、少しずつ前進しております。

2月23日～25日の3日間は、水道が復旧していない方々、避難所で生活されている方々、約300名を百楽荘にご招待しました。

能登はまだ市場が再開しておらず新鮮なお魚が手に入りにくく、「新鮮なお刺身が食べたい」という皆様の声をお聞きし、一部ではありますが能登の食材を使った【海鮮丼ランチ】とお風呂を提供させて頂きました。

皆様に喜んでいただけたのももちろんですが、何より私どもが久しぶりに沢山の笑顔に出会えたことが、大変励みになりました。

50日ぶりに宿にスタッフの笑顔と活気が戻り、嬉しさとともに早くまた皆様をお迎えできるように頑張ろう！と、改めて決意を新たにいたしました。ランチの前後にはお風呂もご利用いただき、館内が大変賑わいました。普通の日常生活がままならなない方々に、ほんの短い時間でしたが楽しいひとときをお過ごし頂けたのでなないかと感じております。

一歩一歩、私たちが今できることに取り組んでいきたいと思います。

Thanks to the generosity of many of you, we were able to reach our initial goal of 50 million yen in donations very quickly. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude.

I was so moved by your heartwarming words that I shared them with all of our staff members. Your warm words were the greatest support of all, and I am filled with gratitude. I would also like to thank you for your kind words.

Although the repair work has not progressed to the point where we can reopen for business, now that the water supply has been restored, we are able to do more, and we are making progress little by little.

During the three days from February 23 to 25, we invited approximately 300 people to Hyakuraso, including those whose water supply has not been restored and those who are living in evacuation centers.

The market in Noto has not yet reopened and fresh fish is hard to come by. In response to everyone’s requests for fresh sashimi, we provided a “Seafood lunch” and a bath using ingredients from Noto, although only a portion of the lunch was made from Noto.

We were pleased that everyone enjoyed the lunch, but more than anything, we were encouraged to see so many smiling faces for the first time in a long time.

The smiles and energy of the staff returned to the inn for the first time in 50 days, and we were both happy and determined to do our best to welcome everyone again as soon as possible! We are happy to see the smiles and energy of the staff back at the inn for the first time in 50 days. The inn was very busy with guests using the baths before and after lunch. We hope that those who are unable to lead their normal daily lives were able to spend a pleasant time with us, even if it was only for a short period of time.

We will continue to do what we can do now, step by step.
